Raventós i Blanc boasts one of the world’s longest documented family winegrowing traditions, tracing back to 1497 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Catalonia. Now in its 21st generation, the Raventós family farms 90 hectares using biodynamic methods that honor the close relationship between man and nature. The estate’s commitment to hand-harvesting, respect for terroir, and artisanal techniques reflects a deep legacy of producing authentic sparkling wines rooted in native grape varieties and their unique terroir.
Founded in 1986 by Josep Maria Raventós i Blanc, a visionary who dreamed of elevating Catalan sparkling wine, the winery continues to pursue excellence under the leadership of Manuel and Pepe Raventós. They uphold a philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum expression of their land, striving to create distinctive, mineral-driven wines that reflect the true character of the Conca del Riu Anoia region.
