Masterclasses
Champagniac is delighted to present a masterclass format for participants to delve into the world of Champagne, guided by Brand Ambassadors and Champagne Specialists in person. Each differently themed masterclass features specially curated labels — some not even available at the partner's booth — designed to bring wine lovers on a journey of deeper appreciation and confidence in the world of fine sparkling wine.
Sessions are ticketed and limited to 24 pax per class. Only open to valid ticket holders for that day. Tickets will be checked at door.
*Wines are served in individual tasting portions of approximately 50ml.

Champagne Collard-Picard
Founded in 1996, Collard-Picard (Grower Champagne / RM) was born following the union of Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard, each from families of winegrowers established since the end of the 19th century — in Villers-sous-Châtillon for the Collard family and Mesnil-sur-Oger for the Picard family.
From this lineage and this union a unique philosophy was born: combine the power and roundness of the Pinots from the Marne Valley with the finesse and purity of the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs. Today the 16-hectare farm is managed with respect for the soil and the plant, favouring sustainable practices, moderate yields, and a constant search for natural balance.

Champagne A. Bergère
Champagne A. Bergère is a family-owned grower champagne producer based in Fèrebrianges, France, with vineyards dating back to 1848 and the house officially founded in 1949 by Albert Bergère.
The domaine owns 45 hectares, 35 of them in the Vallée du Petit Morin. The clay-with-millstone-grit soils suit Chardonnay, while the flinty clay soils are ideal for Pinot Noir; the remaining 10 hectares span the Sézannais and the Côte des Blancs — Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly, Cramant and Oger.
As artisans of the terroir, they craft wines with the utmost care, sustainably and eco-consciously, using Nature as a primary tool.
