Les Frères Mignon
Now this is one of the most fun new names in grower Champagne — Florent and Julien Mignon took over their family’s vineyards in Côte des Blancs, and only in recent years started making their own wine rather than selling grapes. They work in tiny batches, let nature do its thing in the cellar with spontaneous fermentations, and keep things unfined and unfiltered. Old vines, minimal intervention, and a true passion for terroir shine through every bottle.
