Collery brings Grand Cru glamour to Singapore with a personal touch. Founded in 1893 in Aÿ — the beating heart of Champagne and a UNESCO World Heritage site — the house has always focused on crafting wines from the very top terroirs (just 17 villages hold Grand Cru status!). Thanks to Eugena Ng-Collery, who carries a family link to the original founders, Collery’s story is now woven into Singapore, with each bottle arriving under her careful eye and commitment to quality. It’s heritage with a modern bridge, making Collery both historic and fresh.
And what a lineup: the Extra Brut NV is sleek and mineral, while the Brut NV is a crowd-pleasing classic. The Rosé Brut NV pops with juicy red fruits, the Blanc de Blancs NV is all chalk and finesse, and the Blanc de Noirs NV shows off Pinot Noir’s depth. For something special, the “Empyreumatic” 2014 layers smoky, savoury notes with Grand Cru elegance. Then there are Collery’s Ratafias — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rosé de Saignée — sweet, aromatic liqueurs that prove the house knows how to have fun, too.
