This family has royal roots — literally: their ancestor was the king’s royal printer and later became the king’s royal winemaker. Nestled in Bouzy, one of Champagne’s rare Grand Cru villages, Andre Clouet knows how to make Pinot Noir shine. Every step is hands-on and traditional, from wooden square presses to slow, meticulous winemaking, making every bottle a true labour of love.
