Kevin Ngan is a co-founder of Sake Matsuri, the largest sake festival in Singapore. He has been a key figure in expanding the appreciation for Japanese sake and spirits since 2018. A dedicated supporter of the local craft scene, Kevin also founded Singapore’s first incubation brewery and operates Good Luck Beerhouse, a local craft beer institution. His passion is evident in his hands-on approach and his dedication to seeing the communities he operates in, flourish. His latest venture is Fatt Choy Eating House, a modern Singapore restaurant nestled in the bustling streets of Haji Lane.
